By joining the waitlist or using Fokuzen during the private or public beta, you agree to this draft of the terms. Because Fokuzen is pre-launch, these terms may change; we will surface material updates before they take effect.
Fokuzen is a read-only attention layer over your connected tools. It surfaces what needs your attention and never sends messages, comments, or emails on your behalf. You remain responsible for acting on items in their source applications.
Fokuzen is free for everyone during the private and public beta. Individuals stay free forever. Final pricing for paid plans will be announced before we leave beta. Beta features are provided as-is and may change or be removed.
You agree to use Fokuzen lawfully, to only connect sources you are authorized to access, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
During beta, Fokuzen is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Fokuzen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Final limitation-of-liability language will be set out in the reviewed terms.
