Fokuzen is a calm attention layer over the tools you already use. We connect to your sources strictly read-only, surface only what needs your attention, and never write back to those tools or act on your behalf. This policy explains, in draft form, what data we access, why, and the control you keep over it.
With your explicit authorization, Fokuzen reads metadata and content from the sources you connect — such as mentions, reviews, approvals, replies, and calendar events — to determine what genuinely needs your attention. We request the minimum scope needed for each integration and never request write access.
Connected data is used solely to generate your unified feed, daily brief, and focus sessions. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your connected sources to train third-party models.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, on infrastructure you can audit. Access is limited to the systems that produce your feed and brief.
You can disconnect any source and purge its data from Fokuzen in a single click. You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time.
Questions about this draft policy can be directed to the Fokuzen team. Final contact details and a binding policy will be published before launch.
